High Shoals Baptist Church in Amicalola Falls is a long trip down a winding road on the mountain. It was fascinating to walk in the cemetery and see the graves there.

It has propane heat and looks like it can be hooked up to a generator (maybe?) for light. The pews had pillows to sit on.

Yes, there were working outhouses. The water fountain looked like it was spring fed.

And I have never seen a cemetery like this one. If anyone can tag me with the history, I’d love to read about it!
